A California youngster who disappeared just about 15 years prior may have been spotted a month ago, a private agent said.
Daniel Yuen was 16 when he vanished from an all inclusive school in San Bernardino. Not long after he vanished, Yuen was followed to the San Diego region yet the trail went cold."He, it could be said, disappeared," private agent and resigned cop Keith Raymond told KGTV on Wednesday.
In any case, a tip a month ago may have restored enthusiasm for the case.
"I tune in to this whole message. Furthermore, it's shocking. 'Hello, Daniel Yuen is alive, he's living in a similar territory,'" Raymond told the station. "Daniel does not need contact. He wouldn't like to be found."
Raymond said he went to a San Diego park and addressed the observer where Yuen may have been spotted. The observer told the agent Yuen had been there 45 minutes earlier.
Yuen's family have not had any contact with him since he evaporated from the Cedu School in San Bernardino, Selena Yuen, his sister, revealed to ABC News.
"Each telephone call you believe, 'Is it him?' Every doorbell you trust, it's him. It's simply disastrous," she told KGTV.
Police don't trust anybody in the since-shut school was acting suspiciously amid the season of his vanishing.
